Our first time trying Sushi8. They have outstanding service and delicious food. We had Beef Teriyaki Bento Box, Seafood Udon stir-fry, and Crab Rangoon.

We ordered takeout, food was fresh and delicious. We tried the Hello Kitty rolls, Sani rolls & the Philly Rolls. Loved that they have a gluten-free option for soy sauce. The chicken fried rice was amazing, a great option for kids.

Coming from a city with tons of Asian options, I honestly wasn't expecting to find great takeout sushi in Santa Fe, but I was shocked at how good the quality was here. Eel don was tender and delicious, and the sushi was great quality, with fresh fish at reasonable prices. Thanks, sushi8!

The food is incredible, and the staff is super pleasant. I ordered takeout, sampling a vast majority of the rolls on the menu. I cannot wait to try the things I missed on my first order. Everything was amazing!

Everything is quality, and delicious. I actually ditched my friends to come and eat here by myself cause I love this place so much. 10/10 would recommend and the staff is always extremely friendly yet firm.
